Complaints
As required by the law Wkkgz (Wet kwaliteit, klachten en geschillen zorg – free translation: law quality, complaints and disputes care) the practice is obliged to handle complaints transparantely and informaly with the guidance of a Complaint Handling Officer. Therefore is the practice enrolled at an accredited complaints officer and disputes committee. This agreement provides a low-threshold reception and handling of complaints having as a purpose to achieve the most satisfactory possible resolution of the complaint. As a VBAG-therapist I am automaticly enrolled by such parties.
