By focusing on and giving attention (*mindful) to the horse a new connection is created between you and your horse which will change the way you look at your horse. This is achieved through the use of a combination of elements from Equine Osteopathy
(Jannemarie Frowijn) and Craniosacral Therapy (Gláucia Pedrosa Canabrava).
